Available for download in .eps, .png, .gif formats, in black and white colors, in sizes 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256.

The No-Derivatives directive forbids you to build a new icon-set, upon DefaultIcon. It doesn't forbids you to build any of the afformentioned projects using the set.
